How Can I Access Hotmail Com

Cannot log in to Hotmail/Outlook because of a corrupted content error. Why hotmail email login is this and when will it be sorted. Cannot attach files to email to send.

This is happening to me right now in France. I have since tried to log in using Safari and my mobile through safari and it works for those who want to see if that works for them. Only thing I did today that was different from yesterday was used chrome browser instead of FireFox. All I get is an eternal page saying I am using the wrong password. It keeps saying my account does not exist.
